My name is Raffaella Figari. I am photography student in the EASD School of Design in Valencia. Prior to studying here I studied Audiovisual Communications and Visual Arts in the University of Lima.
For me, photography is a way of capturing moments, emotions and stories and freeze them through time. The ability to convey feelings, evoke nostalgia and explore the world through my lens is what drives my love for this art form.
Photography allows me to express myself in a way word simply cannot whether it’s in the play of light and shadow, details of my sorroundings or candid expressions of people.
I enjoy not only taking pictures in the streets but also in the studio thanks to the endless possibilities it offers me.
Being a photographer is a constant journey of creativity, discovery and learning that motivates me to continue doing what I love.
